2. How to subscribe?
Once you have register through https://arenamatriks.com/register you will be given access to you dashboard. On the left side menu click subscribe to select package or subjects.
3. How to make payment?
Once you have gong through the process of subscribing a package or subject, you will then be directed to a page to make payments. As the platform is currently in beta version, all online payments are disable. An online payment method will be enable in the near future for you to make payment via online banking or credit card.
4. How to view class videos?
Once you have officially subscribe, you may access your dedicated dashboard for you to access your classes. Each class with have its own set of content such as notes, videos, quizes and more. You may access your class by clicking subject on the left side menu of the dashboard and you will be directed to a class link to view your video.
5. What devices can be used for the platform?
The platform was designed to suit all digital platforms. You can access your account via web and mobile devices. You can download the platform for your mobile devices via Apple’s app store and Google Play.
6. Do you need internet access for our platform?
Yes. you will need an internet connection to access the platform.
7. Which level is suitable to use Arena Matriks Platform.
We cater to users from primary 4 all the way to SPM candidates. We offer all core subjects to spm candidates.
8. When and where can you use the platform?
The platform is online based, you can access the platform anytime and anywhere.
9. Do you need additional hardware to use the platform?
The basic hardware installed on your laptop, computers and/or mobile devices are sufficient for you to fully utilize the platform. If you prefer additional hardware for your comfort, we would suggest using an earphone or headphone for the platform.
10. How to reset your password?
You can click on “forgot password” button on your login page and you will be redirected to a pop up to insert your valid email address. A verification code will be sent to your email address and allows you to reset your password.
