Introduction
This document refers to terms and conditions between Ace Beyond Edu Services also known as Arena Matriks and its users and third party suppliers. In this document, the word/ term “Arena Matriks” and “we” refers to Ace Beyond Edu Services.
- Arena Matriks refers to the product and brand name under the Ace Beyond Edu Services which sells educational services on www.arenamatriks.com and any other online platforms.
- By providing your personal data on www.arenamatriks.com, you have read and accepted the statements herein: and you have consent to the processing of your personal data by Arena Matriks in the manner we set herein. If you provide personal data of third parties to Arena Matriks, you warrant and represent to Arena Matriks that you have obtained the required consent of third parties for the processing of relevant personal data by Arena Matriks in the manner set out herein.
- The personal data provided by you to Arena Matriks may be processed by Arena Matriks for the following proposes: –
- To administer the business or contractual relationship between Arena Matriks and you/ or your company;

- To provide you with information about activities, products, services, events and programs that may be organized, managed, facilitated, provided, sponsored, and/ or participated by Arena Matriks.
- To facilitate payment in connection with the business or contractual dealings between Arena Matriks and you and/ or your company;
- To conduct research, study, assessment, survey and/ or prepare reports/ statistics for purpose of Arena Martiks’ business activities;
- To respond to your enquiries;
- To comply with any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to Arena Matriks, and to make disclosure under the requirements of any law, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guidelines, curricular or code applicable to Arena Matriks;
- For Arena Matriks internal record keeping and/ or;
- Other lawful business activities of Arena Matriks.
- The personal data provided by you to Arena Matriks may, if required, be disclosed to the following classes of third parties;
- Arena Matriks’s subsidiaries within and outside of Malaysia;
- Arena Matriks’s sub-contractors or third party service or product providers as may be determined by Arena Matriks to be necessary or appropriate;
- Financial institutions for purposes of facilitating payments and/ or maintaining financial records in connection with the business or contract relationship between Arena Matriks and you and/ or your company.
- Government agencies and selected parties within or outside Malaysia including strategic partners that work with Arena Matriks in connection with Arena Matriks’s business activities or any event programme;
- Regulatory bodies, government bodies or other authorities if required or authorized to do so to discharge any regulatory function under any law or in relation to any order or judgment of court;
- Any person whom Arena Matriks is compelled or required to do so under the law, and/ or shareholders.
- You have the right to request for access to and for correction of your personal data. You may also choose to limit processing your personal data. If you would like to make any of such requests, kindly submit your request in writing to Arena Matriks at the postal/ email address specified in www.arenamatriks.com.
- By using our service or products by Arena Matriks, you are deemed to agree to allow Arena Matriks to collect payment on behalf of its third-party contractors and/ or suppliers and Arena Matriks will distribute the earnings to its third-party contractors and/ or suppliers in a week’s time after the full collection is made and cleared.
- In the event of a dispute arise with Arena Matriks’ service or third-party, we encourage you to contact the other party and try to dispute the amicably. Release of Arena Matriks; You release Arena Matriks from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users and/ or parties. Changes of Terms and conditions.
- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we believe that the changes are material, we’ll definitely let you know by doing one (or more) of the following;
- Posting the changes through the services or;
- Sending you an email or messages about the changes.
The way you can decide whether you want to continue using the services. Changes will be effective upon the posting of changes. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Your use of the services following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
